I think I am a very adaptable person and I try not to let things faze me. However, it is very disappointing when friends change and THAT is one thing I think I don't react well to. I met Rose again today and she was telling me stories about her 'changed' friends. Most I believe, remain the nice people they were...just with very different priorities. Some more materialistic, some a little more ditzy and most more arrogant.

As a Singaporean, I think I should adapt to changes very well since the landscape (HELL, EVERYTHING) is always changing. Let's see, my old primary school was bulldozed; ECA is now known as CCA and the childhood snacks I used to indulge on are all already extinct. One should always look forward but there isn't a sense of belonging without a past right? *sigh*

I love my friends who watch over me.
