My birthday came and went. Poof! And now I am another year older. It's scary how fast Time passes. Very soon, my wedding banquet will be right before me and I find myself alone in my Jakarta apartment and wondering how the hell I landed there. Anyway, yay! Another year older and hopefully a wee bit wiser. Like what Loverboy loves to say, "Mada mada!! Kore kara da!!!" (The Best Has Yet to Come). Yeah we are a couple of people with tons of faith.

My birthday was pretty low-key. My flight was in the evening so I lazed in bed until 1pm. Thankfully the flight was smooth. The passengers slept alot and were easy to pacify. The weather from Japan was terrible though and the turbulence could make a grown man cry. No kidding.

The Japanese crew I sat next to was celebrating her birthday too. When the clock stuck 12, mine ended while hers started. She wasn't too happy cuz she was soon turning 40. Well, it's ok. We will a eventually grow old anyway. Just make sure you have a blast while at it.

Last year I didn't have a cake but I spent 2 days with Loverboy who did so much for me. I had champagne, I had a bouquet, I had a jacuzzi and I had a ring. But best of all, I had 2 days with a man who would go to such great lengths for me. In 12 hours' time, I will be catching another plane to Jakarta to see this man. Let's see if he will outdo himself ahahaha. He spoilt the market last year so this year will NOT BE EASY.

Gee...I'd never knew I would be someone who travel so much....I guess one never knows how Life will turn out. So yeah, why not stick around alittle longer and see what else unfolds eh? (This is btw, meant for someone who has been meaning to take her own life at 25 but decided against it. God knows why but I suspect she couldn't bear to part with Starbucks.)

Anyway, I wish myself many more happy years ahead. May the year ahead be smooth, healthy and full of great, promising and prosperous plans! Mwahahaha. Oh yeah Jakarta I have BIG plans for you.
