Girls Just Wanna Have Fun

I am feeling kinda relieved right now. I had been really wanting to leave for a really long time. Been envious of the others who had gone earlier and complained tons about the shit management. It's a blessing from Buddha. Yay~ All things happen for a reason and gee, I feel kinda happy. On the otherhand, there is also someone I really wish to have punished. Anyone know any ah bengs who are itching to 'hoot' someone? Generous payer here!!

Above all, believe me when I say that at the end of the day, it is your loved ones that will matter. I love you, Loverboy. For all the gentleness and kisses you shower on me everyday. For being with me whenever I need it. I am blessed to have a husband like you. Also, thank you my dear parents, who see humor in everything. To my hilarious siblings also who dance like wooden puppets. It's great to be in a family where its members are too offbeat to be judgemental. Yah...sometimes Life sucks but I realise I am not unhappy. To be able to find humor and strength to shrug the sucky things in Life away.....now, it is all thanks to the loved ones next to me. Thanks for being you.

On a less mushy note, Loverboy and I went to view our Japanese wedding kimono last friday evening. The lady who runs the rental store was famously fierce so when we were running late, we both started to panic. Our appointment was at 6.30pm but we only managed to reach about 6.55pm. I was in the taxi for almost 50min that day, the traffic jam was horrific! We couldn't stop apologising and luckily the lady was in a pretty ok mood so we weren't devoured by her. It was a pretty rushed affair because she had to rush to somewhere else but very fortunately, I decided on my kimono very fast.

This was not the one. ;)

It looks blue but it is a deep purple. I fell in love with the phoenix motifs but since it was too dull for my tanned skin, I tried another one. I won't put it up here because I shall keep it as a surprise for my guests. I LOVE IT. It makes me look super tai-tai lol. Just kidding. I liked the purple one too but Empress Boodiboo said it made me look like a character from a fighting game. Yeah...she has a point. I look like I can shoot hadokens. There were red, pink, blue, purple, gold and green kimonos. The embroidery on the kimonos were magnificent. Now I understand why they could cost up to $20000 should you want to purchase one in Japan.

What do you think? I am feeling very excited! It's really hot wearing one though...like having a blanket over you. Loverboy, on the otherhand finished in 2minutes. The lady said men only need to verify their sizes. Colours are pretty standard at black or white haha. Being female is pretty fun, no?
