People close enough to me know my utmost disdain for a particular high end label for bags and accessories. Turns out my disdain stemmed from instinct. Just. Don't. Prefer.

When I was shopping for a present for Mummy dearest at its boutique in Europe (she quite used to like the label), the salesman revealed something that shooked me to my core. It was pretty shocking news to me and I am pretty confident that 95% of the gay boys or women who own the label do not know this secret. Not that I will publish it anyway because I am not looking to getting sued.

I do carry the label's bags (since they were given to me anyway) but Mummy Dearest and I have since sworn to boycot the brand. Those sneaky liars. I am not looking to badmouth the brand either. I guess people are more happy ignorant. And Asians being Asians, many will continue buying this high end label because if they are gonna spend so much, must as well display the logo prominently. ;)

But trust me, if you want to spend so much on a high end label, work a bit harder and aim for a Chanel lambskin or a Bottega Veneta. Seriously, more bang for your buck.

On the upside, more vegetarians should consider buying this label since afterall, they don't use that much leather!

It is Mummy Dearest's Birthday today! I hope she stays healthy and blessed for many more years to come. If only I look as good as her when I am her age.
