Jogging is Good for your Bowels

My Grandma catches a Taiwanese drama every weekday at 4.30pm sharp. If anyone calls her during that hour, she gets incredibly pissed. lol Anyway I don't watch it but I can't help but sneak glimpses of it here and there while I use the internet. The girls in the drama are very very chio. At any one time, there may be up to 4 beauties sharing the screen. Wow. Taiwanese girls are so pretty. On the otherhand, I am so used to Japanese girls I can't really comment. I think half are retarded because of they way they act. I really dislike girls dumbing themselves when they talk to men and hence, I cannot register their beauty anymore.

I am sooo mature.

Anyway I finally undertand what Regina means when she talks about 'Runners' High'. It is this period of euphoria when your legs feel light and you cannot help but run with a big smile on your face. I love the feeling! Mine only set in 20minutes into the run...and I don't think it lasts more than 5mins (argh) but wow...I'd never thought I will ever experience such a thing. I actually enjoy jogging now. This past week was rain, rain and more rain but perfect for jogging. I was running with Budsey yesterday after a shower and the breezes were so cooling. I LOVE IT! I think everyone should jog or take a long walk, especially when you are very stressed at work or pressed for time. Drop your handphone at home, load your mp3 with Michael Jackson's songs and go. Totally recommend it.

Jogging makes me want to go to the toilet all the time. Damn good for my bowels. Haha!!
