"Computer Says No"
I was just ranting to my little pixie...I am very miffed. Everytime I thought I found a new low in various Singaporean etiquette, something else new ALWAYS comes along. I went to dinner with some friends...and then this dude was talking about his wedding. And then, the next day, I received an sms from him.
"By the way, I forgot to invite you to my wedding dinner last night. If you are in Singapore in XXX, do come."
By the way?! Excuse me?
I've already prepared my gift to him. It shall come 2 months late with a note that says, "Oh, I guess I forgot to attend your wedding. Hope it went well."
A-hole.

btw, blue chip stocks? what are they? (yes, i'm investment illiterate) and no, i don't have $2000 to blow :( i wouldn't mind having an extra $2000 though, sigh.

Ya lor, I should just chuck the gift. I just cannot believe the indecency people have these days when they come to inviting friends for weddings.
