My flights this time were pretty unpleasant. And in conclusion, I think I pretty much hate working with Japanese women. I guess they are ok to look at and great to know superficially (ie. 'hi-bye friends'). Do not try working with them or attempting deep conversations. I've had stray animals giving me more thoughtful looks.
Maybe it is just me but a greater proportion of the Japanese crew I work with ARE lazy. And it isn't relative to age. If they get away with work, they will. Talk about ninjas too. When you need them, they disappear into thin air. I really detest working with lazy people. I don't mind heavier workloads (I love being occupied!) but if I were inconvenienced due to someone else's laziness, then it is a problem. Again, I am very anal when it comes to etiquette and manners AND it is no surprise that LAZINESS is at the bottom of my GOOD MANNERS manual.
And then, there are friends who boast about their 'chao keng' abilities at work. It's fascinating. They boast of it like it's the right thing to do. I believe that if you are paid to do work, work. Then some others retort that it's silly. "Work smart, not hard."
Excuses from lazy people.

Strange, all the Japanese gals I know are all very hard working.
I guess it depends on the work.
And the Japanese men I know are all pervs and slackers. Apparently, they spend all day ogling at Japanese women. Not that I blame them, but how do they manage to... I don't know, make cars, if all they do is ogle at women?
