Rina: She's a bitch. I tell you, infront of her, you cannot be too smart. Even if you do know your work, pretend to be stupid. If you threaten her, she'll turn on you. And to think she smiled at us and then forgot to today!
RJ: !!!
Zah: Yah and the other girl is very lazy. She can't be bothered and would probably create troubles for you. So be wary ok?
RJ: !!! What the hell.
This is really worrying me because these 2 girls made all these observations in a mere week's of work. I mean, REALLY wah biang! What the??? I guess experience really counts for something. I am new and still believing the good in everyone...and here, they are advicing me who to keep away from and such. Scary. I can't really tell these things but they insisted it was in the body language! Hahahaha the last time I checked, I was still a woman, there is NO WAY I missed the body languages. Maybe 1. I am plain lovable or 2.I am myopic and inexperienced. I hate working with too many women. The 'yin' qi is too great!! Hehe.
Grooming is another headache because the trainers require us to pile on the make-up. I really mean PILE ON. She did my eyes and there was at least 5 layers on them.
1. Make-up base
2. Foundation
3. Eye make up base
4. white eyeshadow
5. yellow eyeshadow
6. green eyeshadow at corners
7. eyeliner
8. mascara

Make up or no make up?
Fwah, turns out it's 8 when I counted. I look like a freaking Wayang actress!! Buddha help me!! I think I will try to skip most of them by cheating with a thicker wallop of eyeliner. Apparently they have sent girls to be scolded by the Management because of their lack of grooming. Their rational is that passengers don't want to see sick looking girls but won't they get a shock when an opera actress serves them? And yes I am complaining because make up ain't cheap!!
The last Get Real! I watched was about Singaporean men's increasing tendency to marry Vietnamese brides. The theme for that week was: Are Singaporean women hard to love? The men in the program complained that Singaporean women are too materialistic, too demanding, too selfish and too self centred etc. (These must be the words of bitter, jilted men) Anyway this fella was explaining why he wanted to turn to Vietnam - He wanted someone who is simple, can cook, can clean the house well, take care of his aged parents, sit at home and lastly, lift cars. Of course I am kidding with the last part but this fella should have gone to marry a maid. Seriously. I don't want to mock him but it's stupid; Singaporean women can do those too. As a matter of fact, I don't think an educated Vietnamese woman would marry him either. Heh. It is not wrong to have some material comfort but to say Singaporean women as grossly materialistic is unfair. Who seriously cares about the 5Cs?!
Then again, I don't know about others...well if those fellas still can't find local women, they can find me. I can donate them my free SDU membership! Hehe.
