I can't believe I am blogging from work but hey, it's lunch time so I guess everyone does it anyway. Hell, I can't even log on MSN to chat with my buddies so I deserve it. And goodness, it is amazing why I even have to defend myself when I slack a little. I deserve it!!

Ok, about my job at DFS (used to be known as Duty Free Shopper); it's great. I love the working environment here because it is quiet and my colleagues and bosses are nice. I love the fact that phones hardly ring here and that people are pretty much left to do their own things. Autonomy and trust rocks! I also like how I am always kept occupied at work. When I do finish an assignment, a new one pops up and that makes time pass really fast...like faster than a blink of a mascara-ed eye. *laughs* Talking about mascara, the ladies dress well here and I guess it helps being situated next to DFS. Actually, no it is BAD since the temptation to spend is terrible. My mum kept telling me to check out handbags and cosmetics too so she doesn't help much either. Pity I don't have staff discounts because there are so many lipsticks I want to buy and I have been eyeing a bag that is way over my budget. *tsk tsk* DFS is a miser's nightmare. I guess it is a good thing I don't have staff discounts so that eliminates EVERY incentive to spend.

My colleagues wonder if I am Indonesian because they say I have an accent. Ha ha. I must be hanging around Wutang and Sorcy too much! We (including my female siblings) have been mistaken for Indonesians very often, what?! Do we really talk funny? (errr, not that Wuwu or sorcy talks funny) Just the other day, Audrey was telling me that a cab driver asked her why she didn't go back to her 'country'. *laughs* The cab driver was wrong man, Audrey isn't from Indonesia; she is from Jupiter where people spread bread on butter.

On a more interesting note, there is a new guy in my life and he is just gorgeous. Well, some people may think otherwise but who cares, as long as I like him. =p He's an athlete and he has 2 huge tribal looking tattoos on each of his shoulders. Pity he doesn't have long hair but it's braided anyway so it still falls into my 'likesssss' category. Everytime I see him playing, he bares his torso. In fact, whenever he passes a ball, he comes pretty close to me so I get to ogle at his lovely torso. Yummy~ I like his laidback attitude but it might be a little hard to bring him home to mum. I should take a pic of him soon! Oh, and of my kids in the tuition centre!

Mum: Did you read the news?
RJ: Yeah I did. About?
Mum: This girl who was posted overseas to work in Taiwan.
RJ: Yeah...so?
Mum: She was eaten!!
RJ: (-_-;)
Mum: See? It's so dangerous to work overseas, all the crazy people out there. This poor girl was eaten! Never to be seen again.

What are my odds being eaten in Tokyo? *ponders* Ok, I know they have my interests at heart but I don't want to care!!! I am already making my visa so I am going no matter what. Argh. Still, it shall be a lovely week ahead. I shall make it one.
