A Worrying Girlfriend and Fitness Plea

I've been keeping myself very active last week. Alot of jogging and yoga-ish stretches, tennis, more jogging and an attempt at rollerblading. I failed magnificently at rollerblading and got so frustrated I almost bit Loverboy's head off. In detail later. I ain't sure if it is the weather but I feel damn worn out today too. It has been BLOODY hot these few days huh. Even I, the infamous woman with spectacularly low core body temperature actually feel hot and sticky. My jeans feel like cling-wrap.

Loverboy recently decided to have a healthier lifestyle because he is gaining quite alot of weight. When he leans forward to kiss me now, I feel that his head is twice its original size. LOL. SO we decided it is time to do something about it. On saturday, we attempted tennis. He used to be a pro (or so he says) but we spent the better part of the afternoon picking up the balls. But it was a very good workout bending and running and sprinting (after balls I can't catch anyway). Then as a warm down, I told him to jog 5 times around the court. By the 3rd round he complained of heart pain and stopped. ARG. I am at my wits' ends but I WILL PERSONALLY MAKE LOVERBOY HEALTHIER. First, I need to stop him eating expired cereal.

Yesterday we decided to challenge rollerblading. It is damn bloody scary. I couldn't even stand still, how to graduate onto tarmac?? I wanted to trust Loverboy but it was hard holding on to another person on wheels too. It doesn't feel stable mah. I was so scared when I fall I would pull him down too. Then the demon in me slowly surfaced as I snapped and whined about why the hell we had to try such a stupid sport. I hate it when I am placed in 'danger'. I am a terrible person sometimes. :( I feel ashamed of myself.

I didn't want to ruin his fun so I told him to go around the park himself. I would just take a walk. Then he sped off pretty fast and that was when I became the protective mum and worried about him knocking people down or hurting himself. He is pretty clumsy sometimes.

Bah, I am such a worrier. Am I crazy?

Loverboy's farts are pretty lethal and that make me conclude that he eats alot of rubbish. I mean, that is a reasonable scientific conclusion isn't it? So I worry again and wonder what he puts in his mouth. I don't need him to have a six pack but I think it is better for both of us if he loses some weight. *worry worry worry*

Anyone of you with good fitness tips? I don't need a Mr Bodybuilder but I do need a Mr Low Cholesterol and Healthy Heart (also Clean Fart). I've been taking him out for walks at any convenient excuse and choosing stairs instead of escalators. Then I'll reward him with a small ice-cream cone or snack if he finishes the walk. LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL Damn, I'm cracking myself up. OMG did I just wrote what I wrote?!

If any of you have any good fitness tips, do share k? :D Much appreciated.

As an aside, I am so hooked on Beyonce's Single Ladies. I love the video and the infectious melody so much. I watch it over and over on youtube. I think it drives my poor brother crazy.

WP suggested both of u cycle, and the two of us skate...haha..
