Model For A Day



Wow, I had a very interesting day yesterday. I did something I've never done before and it was pretty fun. My friend needed a model (aka lab rat) and thus, I spent half a day in his studio posing and worrying I would screw up his project. It was fun though, his crew of helpers are such funny characters. My make-up artist was a 20 year old girl with dreadlocks and multiple piercings. She's damn funny lah. And then there was this boy boy called 'Pubes'...who say the most random of stuff.

And then I was this model who fell asleep during make-up sessions. Fwaa cannot believe, sia. So rude right? I nodded off while the make-up artist was coloring my eye socket. I can't help it! It felt so good. I immediately woke up when I heard a laughter and "WAH LAUUUUUUUU". I came back from a 9 days flight you know, very tired leh.

I am very anticipating the results. Even if I sucked, I know my photographer friend is a magician! It is so stressful posing in front of a camera. And yeah, an ordinary life is better for me. I don't think I can ever go into those celebrity or model lines. I was told I looked alittle like Hannibal Lecter (with the mask) cuz my jaw is big. LOL damn funny lah! But no, I don't wanna be scrutinised and criticised everyday.

Anyway I know I haven't made it yet. Unlike major celebrities like Maria Carey who demand yellow M&Ms (no mixing), Dom Perignon, Oxygen Spas and Caviar in their trailers. I changed behind a squeaky curtain and had ice milo and 'Chicken In a Biscuit'......

Did I also mention that fake eyelashes feel damn weird? I don't know how those ah lians do it. I feel like my eyes were being pinched.....and I had these weird urges to become Kumar and act all tranny.

Can't wait to see the results! Gotta thank all of them for making such a huge effort. In the meantime, I gotta go wax my legs and pack my luggage.
