This is Kancho. The act of trying to poke your index fingers into the anus of the victim to induce utter surprise. I have no idea how many of my Japanese friends personally experienced it but apparently, it is most common among children (and their poor, unfortunate teachers) and in male drinking parties. Fascinating....I wonder how kancho came about....I mean, why would anyone volunteer to insert their fingers up anyone arse??
