It had been a mere 9 days' trip but it felt much longer than that (seriously not a bad thing!) I had sooooo much fun because I met up with my favourite people and managed to spend more time with my classgirls in Haneda.
In San Francisco, I met up with HZ and had so much food I could walk up Lombard Street 20 times (and still not finish burning all the calories I consumed *sigh*) We had a lovely stroll along Fisherman's Wharf and lunch at the Pier. And then we walked all the way to Japan. At least that was what I felt in my heels, haha! HZ brought me to Lombard Street (ironically) and tricked me into climbing its entire length under the pretense of 'encouragment'. Yeah I was so duped and panting all the way. Anyway It was really great to see HZ again and at such a different locale. I have to say it again, SURREAL!

I look serene in the picture but whoa~ my heart is beating so hard inside. I really need to exercise more. *laughs* NOT good. I swear I am getting fatter with every flight too.
Back in Tokyo, I met up with Ricky on Monday and I had a very very delicious North Indian dinner. The butter naan, veggie curry, tandoori chicken were mmmmmmm~~~ good. After dinner, he brought me to Tokyo Dome for a walk and then we went up an observation deck when I saw a spectacular night view of the Shinjuku skyline...well actually a wide expanse of the tokyo city skyline. It's pretty heartening when you think about how Life spins out of control around you, some friends remain the same. I love how Ricky still gets so excited going to observation decks and taking his favourite paranomic shots. I hope you become a famous photo-journalist or something one day!

On Tuesday Mr Power smelled like crisp green apples. *faints* He picked me up from Shinagawa station and... wow, this trip was gooooood.
I think... I found my shogun.
