I made my maiden trip to Arab Street today and it was a real eye-opener! It has overtaken Little India as my favourite cultural hang-out since it is less crowded and neater. Plus there are always many Malay babes and hunks hanging around there! *collective eye-rolling* So I was accompanying Rose to pick out cloth for her gown and we went to a lovely textile shop called Bobby's Fabrics. (Yup I am advertising for him since it's such a great place) Rose and I were just standing there awed by the variety of textiles: there were so many varieties of silk, organza, satin and lace! Right then, I wished I was some socialite so that I could have had some better excuses to buy them. I totally fell in love with this bolt of white linen with small flowers on them. Rose picked a sheer brown one with sequinned embroidery after a very very very long time (who could blame her?) and it cost more than $125 for each metre!! Urg. Fortunately, the owner of the shop was a darling; he gave Rose alot of discounts. In addition, he also gave her an extra metre of her cloth FREE on account of her wedding. See? Generous businessmen thrive. Now he has won me over and I shall patronize his shop if I ever get a reason to buy cloth.

July is drawing closer and I am getting more excited by the day.
1. Pay Day.
2. June is coming home.
3. I am going to Japan. (I am so NOT trying to avoid you, June! Ha ha)
4. New work, new friends, new learning experiences, new everything.
5. Yuki ichigo.
6. Christmas is coming.

Came across anotehr horoscope site Kramer On Pisces and it's hilarious. I just thought how true some of the descriptions fit me. For example:
Walmart at midnight: Again, first hand experience is the best in a situation like this. After midnight, most Pisces begin to shine. Something about the darkest hours of the night really brings about a subtle change in the Pisces' body chemistries. I watched as a Pisces entered the Wal-Mart at 2:00 AM with a whole paycheck freshly cashed. Around three hours later, this Pisces emerged with all manner of goodies. Food stuffs, canned soda, some new clothes, a bathing suit, a case of motor oil, some coloring books, new crayons. The list was as disparate and unconnected as possible. What seemed more important, however, was the fact that several hours had passed. It wasn¹t just a shopping trip, it was like a trip to the entertainment park. It can be argued that every Pisces has the capacity to be an entertainment park, but that's just my subjective observation. - site

My shopping cart is 80% of the time, filled with things unrelated to each other and I love buying crayons! *laughs* I love love love crayons and I have packs of Crayola at home. And again, I have to agree that supermarkets can keep me entertained for hours.

Dating: Dating a Pisces is a tricky thing. The sign is a water sign. Oh, to be sure, dating a Pisces is great. But there is a slippery, dangerous side to this Mutable Water sign that you have to aware of before acquiring them as a target. Pisces typically have a rather "fluid" way of regarding the world, and this temperament can make them rather hard to hold onto. As one of the mysteries of the universe, one of the best signs for a Pisces is a Scorpio.

Revenge: There is no way to get revenge on a Pisces. Nothing works.

*rolls on floor laughing*

About the dating part, you know those schools of mackerels that swim away in split seconds in the face of danger? Yup, that's me. Scare me and I disappear, never to be seen again.
